POKEHUNTER DAVE [VO]: Lickitung is known for its abnormally long tongue. It's also known to eat prey with said tongue. But how big of a prey? How exactly does it eat its prey? Answers to these questions and more with PokeHunters - The Unseen Side of Pokemon.

[Scene change, PokeHunter building, EXT]

POKEHUNTER DAVE My name is PokeHunter Dave, and today we're looking at the elusive Lickitung. Lickitung is a pink, 1.2 meter tall critter with a huge tail, only beaten by its 2 meter tongue. They're fairly rare, and the Kanto Safari Zone refused us access. So today we're hunting in Johto's Route 44!

[Scene change, Route 44 bushes, EXT]

POKEHUNTER DAVE [CU][Whispering]: There have been reports of Lickitung seen around here, and we hope to catch one in action. We are set up in Route 44 for some Lickitung action. We have eleven cameras set up all over the route, easily able to spot a Lickitung.

[Scene changes, various cameras set up all over Route 44]

POKEHUNTER DAVE [VO]: There doesn't appear to be anything on the cameras... Wait! Something moving on Camera Six!

[Scene change, Camera Six set up on a tree, looking on a relatively flat and plain area, a golden Lickitung standing on the right edge of the camera's view]

POKEHUNTER DAVE [VO][Disappointed]: Oh, it's not Lickitung, it's something gold- [Shocked] Wait a minute, that's a Shiny Lickitung! [Joyous] My God, I never believed I would see a Lickitung, let alone a shiny one! [Calmed down] So, what's it going to do?

[EXEGGCUTE enters camera view from left]

POKEHUNTER DAVE [VO]: Oh... Here comes an Exeggcute. It appears to be challenging the Lickitung for territory! How will the golden Lickitung react to this bold gesture? The Lickitung appears to be... grinning! What could this me-

[The Shiny Lickitung whips out his tongue and slurps each Exeggcute]

POKEHUNTER DAVE [VO][Surprised]: He just whipped out his tongue and in one quick move, paralyzed each of the Exeggcute! The Exeggcute is attempting to run away, but can't. The Lickitung licks his chops as he walks over to the Exeggcute and is... picking them up and stuffing them in his mouth! He's not even chewing, just swallowing them whole, one at a time!

[CU on Lickitung as he picks up the Exeggcute, pushes them into his mouth and swallows, with a noticeable bulge. They disappear into his stomach and he moves to the next, finishing each of Exeggcute one by one. The Lickitung finishes the last Exeggcute, falling on his bottom and patting his very full stomach merrily. He appears to let out a satisfied belch.]

[Scene change, Route 44 bushes INT again]

POKEHUNTER DAVE [Awestruck][Yelling]: WOW! You saw it here first folks, not only is Lickitung a carnivore, but it swallows its prey whole! Well, that wraps up this episode of PokeHu- Wait, I've just been told that the Lickitung apparently heard my awestruck outburst and is heading toward our position! Nothing to worry about though, Lickitung is not known for its hostility, only for its immense hunger.

[The golden Lickitung breaks through the bushes, immediately identifying the source of the sound. It appears to brighten up at the sight of Dave.]

POKEHUNTER DAVE: Well, hello there li'l Lickitung! Well, you're not so little now, areya? [Dave pats the Lickitung's stomach affectionately, then begins petting its head] See future PokeHunters? Nothing to be afraid of!

[The Lickitung suddenly wraps its tongue all over Dave's right arm, torso, and legs, Dave still holding the camera in his left hand]

POKEHUNTER DAVE: This is perfectly normal, viewers. Lickitungs often lick strangers, because they can easily identify their taste. His saliva is warm and sticky, and also leaves my arm, body, and legs somewhat tingly. This shows that he does not mean to paralyze me and consume me, even if he could fit myself in his 1.2 meter body.

[As if in response, the Lickitung pulls his tongue inside his mouth, bringing nearly all of Dave except his feet.]

[Scene change, Lickitung INT]

POKEHUNTER DAVE [Surprised][CU]: Well, this was certainly unexpected! That's right folks, I am now broadcasting from inside the mouth of a pokemon - Lickitung. Let me tell you, it is not pleasant in here. The air is hot and humid, and again, the saliva is sticky and numbing. I'm sure the Lickitung will spit me back out any second now. It's not like he could swallow me, anyways.

[Again, as if responding, the Lickitung suddenly swallows, pulling Dave into the Lickitung's throat. Watchers can hear an audible gulp.]

[Scene change, Lickitung throat, INT, camera is fogged up]

POKEHUNTER DAVE [ECU]: The Lickitung swallowed me! I'm not sure if it can finish or not, it may have bitten off more than it can chew! The camera is fogging up, but I'm still broadcasting, so I may as well continue. Now, we have just invented a brand new side show of PokeHunters, Tours inside Pokemon! Today I'm being forcibly swallowed by a Lickitung. I just felt my feet enter the Lickitung's mouth, shoes being knocked off my feet. The Lickitung is licking and slurping all over my feet, it's audible over the gulping sound of Lickitung's gullet. He seems to like my taste, although I can't say I like it in here. In addition to the stickyness and hot-humid air, the Lickitung's gullet is slimy, and very soft.

[Lickitung continues to swallow, each gulp loudly audible.]

[Scene change, Lickitung's stomach, INT.]

POKEHUNTER DAVE [CU]: The Lickitung has managed to miraculously swallow me whole! I am now speaking to you live from literally within the belly of the beast. It is very hot in here, and cramped. Other than me, there's only a few Exeggcute left inside the Lickitung's stomach. The smell is acrid and of fresh meat. Lickitung doesn't seem to have any problems swallowing me whole, although I hope he spits me back up soon! Even though he can fit me in, his stomach still tightens to my skin, leaving me with an uncomfortable slimy, sticky sensation, and me in the fetal position. [Long belch] This should have been audible to my viewers, but just in case it wasn't, the Lickitung just let out a loud, fairly long belch of satisfaction. No doubt at me, being a huge meal. I should note that I can't feel my feet, which are entirely submerged in the fluid lying here at the bottom of a... green liquid. That's probably not good, and if I had to guess by the lack of Exeggcute around me, it would be stomach acid.

POKEHUNTER DAVE [CU]: In fact... [Camera changes, pointing its light at a green, bubbly liquid. It returns back to Dave.] Yep, this is in fact stomach acid. This means that the Lickitung is planning to digest me!

[Replying, the stomach gurgles and is followed by the stomach walls being curved inwards slightly, by Lickitung's patting. Another belch is released.]

POKEHUNTER DAVE [CU][Nervously]: W-Well folks, it would appear this is to be the season finale. I can't feel my legs, and after checking, it turns out that my legs aren't actually there! [Nervous chuckle] If you're still watching this, I just want to tell all my fans, "See ya next time". The stomach acid is rising, and I have lost all feeling in my lower body. As I speak right now, my elbows are dissolving. Do not worry for my sake, it is entirely painless, but very sensational. It would appear my time is up, so, goodbye, folks. [Chuckles again, along with churning and gurgling of stomach, followed by another belch.]

[The camera is suddenly dropped, and the view changes to a green surrounding, staring at a pink, fleshy wall of the stomach. Audio is suddenly cut off as the small shirt microphone dissolves in the acid. The thick plastic of the video camera is hardier. There's a sudden movement of the stomach walls, and the camera's view begins moving up rapidly, along with some of the stomach acid.]

[The scene changes to Lickitung's throat, INT, mouth, INT, then is blasted by brilliant sunlight as the video camera hits the ground. Lickitung, EXT.]

[The camera watches as Lickitung licks the spit off its chops, and then turns on the camera looking at it. The Lickitung steps on the camera, smashing the foreign object that upset its stomach.]
