Voretober 2022 - MOONLIGHT
Story Information
“Hey. Looks like you could use some company.”
I would’ve turned to face him, but he was already sitting down next to me. He was a big wolf, blue-furred with some white on his muzzle and neck. Sharply dressed too, I didn’t realize they made suits that big. He had a foot or so over me, but also he was just... big. I didn’t mention any of this though, instead simply saying, “What makes you say that?”
“Well, frankly, you’ve just been sitting here at the bar by yourself. Not even drinking, really, just sloshing that glass around idly.”
I stopped sloshing it idly when he mentioned it. But he wasn’t wrong. “I guess I just don’t like this very much,” I said as I sipped at it. It was pretty strong, but that wasn’t the actual issue.
“Maybe... Or maybe you have something on your mind.”
“...I suppose I make it pretty apparent.”
“Just a little.” I looked at him, and he smiled with all his teeth showing. Goofy, but cute.
“I mean... My boyfriend broke up with me. It happens.” I gave a noncommittal shrug.
The wolf seemed to almost wince hearing that. “Damn. I’m sorry to hear that. If it’s any consolation, you’re a pretty tasty looking li’l thing.”
The line grabbed my attention pretty easily. I took in his size again, which he may have noticed but his eyes didn’t move from mine. “Oh, I bet you say that to everyone.”
“Just the ones I’d like to have in my belly.” He patted his stomach for emphasis, although it was hidden beneath his jacket and shirts.
Now my interest was really piqued. “Are you suggesting I can fit in that gut of yours, Mr. Wolf?”
“Is that a real question? I think instead you should be asking yourself if you want to.”
I considered the offer heavily. I didn’t exactly want to be wolf chow for good, but the prospect of riding around in a warm, soft tummy for a while? That was tempting. “...If I do, can I have your word you won’t digest me?”
The wolf put his paw over his heart. “Cross my heart, hope to die. Hell, here...” He dug into his pocket and pulled out a small wallet. Then he took all the cash he had out and stuffed it into my shirt pocket. “Consider that insurance.”
I looked down at the money in my pocket and then back up at him. I hadn’t even gotten his name, but he seemed like just what I needed at the time. He didn’t seem particularly hungry or desperate. The ‘insurance’ was enough to send me over the edge and say, “Then consider me yours for the rest of the night.”
He smiled that toothy grin again and said, “Let’s go outside so I can eatcha in private.” I nodded, following him through a side exit. There was no one around, which made sense considering it was 3AM. Clear sky gave a nice view of the full moon. But it also presented just enough light for me to see my predator as he licked his lips in anticipation. “I hope you’re ready, because I can’t wait to squeeze you in...” I nodded again, although similarly shaky from anticipation.
Strong hands grabbed my shoulders as his maw gaped wide, before coming down around my head. Those teeth were now very close to me, close enough to be dangerous, but they maintained distance. Instead, his tongue lapped up my face, slathering me in saliva before he decided he’d had enough tasting and could move on. An audible GULP signaled the start of my descent, pulling me into his snug gullet.
From there, it was a smooth process down. My size proved no problem for the bigger wolf, with rhythmic, soft glks serving as background noise along with his strong heart. Then slowly I spilled out into his stomach, which was remarkably roomy. Even as the rest of my body filled in, I still had some room to stretch. Soon after he finished I could feel his paws pressing against my back from outside, prodding and massaging the two of us. He let out a partially-blocked buuooorph as I settled, followed by a polite, “‘Scuse me.”
The rest of the night went sweetly. He wandered around town, talking about various sights and generally whatever was on his mind. His stomach gurgled softly but never became digestive or even a little acidic. It seemed he had total control over his digestion, which meant I had the warmest hammock in the city. I’m sure I even dozed off more than a few times, although he took it in stride. He told me that I was hardly even noticeable from the outside, not that many were walking around so late.
Eventually, we ended up in what sounded like his home. House or apartment, I couldn’t tell from inside. I heard him yawn, stretching himself and me slightly. “Well, it’s been a nice night. Glad to have met you. Unfortunately, the sun’s coming up now, and I’m afraid I can’t stick around.”
That was worded oddly. I squirmed around a bit, unsure how to take that. “What do you mean? You’re going to let me out, right?”
“Sorry, no time. Just be gentle on the other guy...”
Before I could ask again what he meant, I felt a shock go through him. Then again. The sound of crunching bone came from somewhere inside him. I would have expressed concern if it wasn’t for the fact that it started happening much closer to home too. His stomach contracted very tightly very quickly, slamming my head into my knees and making it feel like my own bones were about to snap. Fortunately they settled for painful twisting, but either way I couldn’t help but cry out. The wolf didn’t respond, seemingly going through his own painful changes for reasons I didn’t understand.
The changes settled after a minute, leaving me in a much tighter stomach and awfully twisted. “Mr. Wolf?” I said, despite the pain in my chest and an acidic smell increasingly coming in. “Please... Let me out now.”
Instead of that confident, husky voice I’d heard all night, I heard a small, shaky voice say, “Oh god... it happened again...”
I froze. Pieces started falling into place in my mind: ‘The other guy’, his promise he wouldn’t digest me, the moonlight... I coughed and said, “Are you... a werewolf?” I knew the answer, but wanted to hear it.
There was a sickly burp before he said, “Y-Yeah. I got bitten a while back, I try to control it, but... This just keeps happening. I’m sorry.”
“Can you get me out of here? Please?” I knew the answer to this too, but I wanted to hear something different.
“No... I’m,” he hiccuped, “sorry, but I can’t. You’re too big for me like this... You’re gonna give me indigestion almost all week, but I can’t get you out. Believe me, I tried the first few times.”
It was hard to believe I’d been screwed so thoroughly. For all the pain I was in, I couldn’t even be mad at whoever I was talking to now. It was his werewolf form that had organized the entire thing. It knew neither of us would be able to undo this. All I know is I was going to either have a very rough week ahead of me... Or a very short one if I passed out quickly enough. I wonder if it’s still a full moon tonight...
